We created Learning Path to build learning journeys, helping you reach your goals, move up in position and role, and take on new challenges with active skills.

When you enter the Learning Path, you will have a couple of navigation options.

Continue with Existing Plan will open all your previously saved plans to choose from.

Learning Path Wizard will walk you through the Learning Path creation process.

Create blank template will create you Learning Path plan to start from scratch and build it from scratch.

Manage Skill Portfolios allows you to create, access, and manage the Skill Portfolios. Each Skill portfolio is a digital DNA of the role, which can be reused for multiple learning plans.

The Learning Path has the following key items. The plan with starting point, learning phases and learning bytes suggestions -

Creating Learning Phases suggests you topics which were not covered yet by the plan -

You can generate multiple learning phases, and on each, you can generate or create multiple learning byte suggestions -

When creating learning byte suggestions, click on Add Learning Byte and specify the number of suggestions for Bytes as well as clarifications you want to pass to the generation model -

You can generate multiple byte suggestions for different phases at the same time -

As you complete byte suggestion generation, then immediately render on the plan -

Click Create Content to start generating actual learning bytes -
